My name is Louis Delzenne, a Level 1 safety Advisor, husband, and father. For over ten years, I've been putting my experience to work in safety, health, and quality management in industry. What motivates me every day is helping companies protect their teams, reduce risks, and improve their processes in a sustainable and pragmatic way.
With a solid scientific background (chemistry, physics, industrial toxicology and radiation protection), I have worked in various sectors: chemistry, energy, transport, pharmaceuticals, agri-food and construction. I have had the privilege of collaborating with major industrial players such as BASF, AGC, Metubel, ORES, Heineken, Citelum (EDF) and DENYS. These experiences have allowed me to develop a global vision of HSE issues and to adapt quickly to demanding environments.
My approach combines technical rigor, teaching, and listening skills. I like to make safety and quality understandable and practical for everyone, from the director to the operators.

As a father, I know how workplace safety extends beyond the company walls. Behind every worker, there is a family counting on them. This conviction guides my commitment.
